Our core discipline. A form-in-place gasket is an additive process: we build an integral gasket directly onto your part using a robotic dispensing system guided by your CAD file and our vision alignment. The result is a gasket that’s always in the right position.

EMI / RFI Shielding
When electromagnetic or radio-frequency interference threatens device performance, electrically conductive gaskets contain or repel the frequencies that would otherwise disrupt operation and protect sensitive electronics from outside interference. We dispense conductive FIP gaskets for radios, RFID, telecom antennae, high-speed devices, and custom PCB assemblies that have to pass FCC testing.
